Alpine Run — Hole #15: Par 4

By • Category: Alpine Run
Handicap: 3rd hardest hole
Category: Difficult
Average Score: -0.21 / -1.00

Eagle+ 1%
Birdie 35%
Par 52%
Bogey 7%
Double+ 5%

This is the toughest par 4 on the course — your fate on this hole relies on your tee shot, which makes you curve around the corner to a narrow fairway. Even with a clear look, you’ll still be shooting into a narrow, sloped green, which makes birdie challenging.

Do what you’re most comfortable with, and usually use backspin to hold the fairway. Here’s a 4-wood hole-out from a ways back, and here’s another hole-out from a bit closer after a longer drive that cut the corner.

Even if you end up in the snow, you still may have a chance to get there, assuming you cut the corner enough.  Here’s a great hole-out from the snow!
