Just blast a long drive out right far enough to give you a look at the green. Don’t get too cute with a C3 drive, because the snow is NOT the place to be for your approach.  The hazard shouldn’t come into play on the approach from the fairway.  Here’s an example hole-out, and here’s another one from a bit closer.

If you do have concerns about being able to drive it far enough out to the right, you can still lay back short and left in this spot for a reasonable approach!

Finally, there’s a shortcut area by the water towards the hole, but it hardly seems necessary. If you do want to give that a shot, here’s an example of how to get there!
