On this hole, take a look straight at the green. If you’re at 330 yards or less and don’t have a head wind, you can get there with a high-tee 5-wood or 3-wood. Take aim to the left (most common) or right of the tree on the hill on the far left and let it rip — here’s an example hole-out!

You can also play the A1 shot around the hill, but it’s tough to stick the green this route. Here’s a great tee shot that stuck it. Here’s another beautiful ace.

Keep in mind that this is the toughest eagle on the course, and you are more likely to screw up what should be an easy birdie than landing the green for an eagle putt.  Alpine has the toughest front 9 in GT2011, so make sure you get your birdie — you can make up that stroke later if needed!
