Most of the time you can blast a drive ahead to the left fairway, getting far enough to leave an open approach shot.  Here’s a hole-out from there.

Another option is blasting ahead to the rough area to the right, also leaving an open approach.  There are a few rocks and things that pose a little bit of risk, though.  Here’s a hole-out from there.

Finally, you can lay up at the end of the right fairway and curve your approach in from there.  Or, a 9-wood can go over the top of the right trees.  This 9-wood went right over everything from a spot in the middle of that fairway outlet.
